Quality Manager

General responsibilities & duties

  • Program management experience ideally in localization
  • Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units depending on the area:
    • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience preferably in a SaaS environment.
    • Hands-on QA in multiple languages
    • Sound understanding of web application development and agile development practices.
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery or similar markup language 

Skills required

  • Relative experience in localization/internationalization
  • Knowledge of localization tools (CAT tools, TMS, management tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Solution-oriented, strategic thinking
  • Able to build relationships
