General responsibilities & duties
- Program management experience ideally in localization
- Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units depending on the area:
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on QA in multiple languages
- Sound understanding of web application development and agile development practices.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery or similar markup language
Skills required
- Relative experience in localization/internationalization
- Knowledge of localization tools (CAT tools, TMS, management tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solution-oriented, strategic thinking
- Able to build relationships
